Before Twilight

"Before Twilight" is a film about love, passing time and actors - their eccentrities, their dreams about acting for one more, maybe the last, time. Group of residents from Retirement Home for Actors passing their time on trivial retirement home activities decides to stage "Faust" by J.W. Goethe. The idea comes from a suddenly appearing in their lives elderly gallant - Jerzy (Jan Nowicki). His vitality and "Faust" rehearsals break monotonous routine of the Home revealing emotions and passion dreaming in once-esteemed artists.
